Processing Time All orders are processed within 1-2 business days. Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or holidays.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Times We offer free standard ground shipping on all orders within the United States. Orders typically arrive within 5-7 business days after processing.

Order Tracking Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number. Please allow 24-48 hours for tracking information to update.

Shipping Restrictions We currently ship within the United States only. We are unable to ship to P.O. boxes at this time.

Damaged or Lost Packages If your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact us at hello@drinkpopelo.com within 7 days of the expected delivery date and we will make it right.
